Marketing – Expertise in the design, implementation and measurement of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across the customer life-cycle (acquisition, cross-sell, loyalty and win-back) both internally and as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies across industries.
Sales Operations – Experience layering market growth and opportunity data with customer propensity to buy segments, market share and partner coverage.
Communication – Ability to effectively communicate data analysis/statistical modeling results to non-technical colleagues and senior level management.
Leadership – Experience leading, mentoring and managing cross-functional teams including advanced level statistical analysts and IT developers across multiple locations.
Global Perspective – Experienced working with cross functional global teams at Avaya, Nortel, Symphony EYC, and DemandTec (IBM).
